If we could ever make it through a personality test without laughing the whole way through, we’d probably confirm what we already know—we’re wildly different.

Xav is the steady, practical one. I’m the sentimental dreamer. He keeps us grounded, and I keep us reaching. But what brings us together is a shared heart: to love God, love people, and use this little business of ours to honor both.

We photograph weddings side by side—Xav with his quiet calm, me with all the emotion. For portraits and everyday storytelling, it’s usually just me (Em) behind the camera while Xav is behind the scenes, making everything possible by caring for our two little ones and cheering me on every step of the way.

Even when he’s not holding a camera, Xav is holding space for this dream to grow.
