holding onto the moments
that feel like home
I’m a mama of two and a big sister to five younger siblings. I’ve always been a bit of an old soul, aware of how quickly time moves. When my dad first let me use his camera, I began to understand how memories can live on long after a moment has passed and how meaningful it is to preserve them.
The moments I treasure most are often the simplest ones: the way my children reach for me, the laughter that fills the in-between, the feeling of being fully together.
These sessions are for the days that feel rare. When everyone is finally together. Cousins chasing each other, grandparents soaking up the joy, siblings catching up between frames. Whether you’re marking a milestone or simply preserving the magic of being all together, extended family sessions honor your story across generations.
Family sessions are for the everyday moments that mean the most . A quiet morning at home, a walk in the park, or just laughing together on the couch. It’s about capturing the love you live in every day, the connections that make your family uniquely yours, and the small moments you’ll want to remember forever.
"These will be well loved and cherished for many years to come - thank you!!"
We've done family adventure sessions with her the past few years, and she is the best at making a photography session feel fun and natural. She's so great with kids and does a great job of capturing candid moments and getting the kids involved in a way that's fun and doesn't feel forced.
Emily worked with our baby at all stages, and does a wonderful job with children. She also works so well with our special needs adult sister. Any “unique” challenges that may come up, Em takes it so well and just makes it a time of laughter!
Emily is absolutely incredible!! She photographed our very large family, multiple adults and five young kids, and somehow made the entire experience feel easy, joyful, and seamless. From helping us choose a beautiful location to keeping things relaxed and fun during the shoot.
"legit bawling. I favorited all of them. thank you thank you thank you *virtual hug*"
