Mother’s Day family photos are one of our oldest traditions. This year, however, we waited a few weeks and opted for photos on my mom’s birthday so that we could have photos with all six of her children together! As we have gotten older, it has been harder to get the whole group together but it has been easier to take pictures with everyone looking at the camera and smiling normally! This was one of the first times in a long time where we didn’t have a kid in the painful grimace stage.

Of course, the other best part of the Mother’s Day family photos tradition is the part where I get to keep, edit and showcase all the bloopers and blinks… this was a rushed little session, but we still managed to get a decent number of great images as well as a full array of classic goofs. Everyone embraced the silly spirit this year and thanks to their efforts, I can now present the 2019 family funnies *insert cheering and applause* (but first some nice normal photos to prove we can pull it together every once in a while).
