While wedding cake is by far the most traditional wedding dessert, so many brides are opting for additional desserts that reflect more of their own personalities! We love seeing what our couple come up with for their extra sweet treats of the night!
Billy and Nicole had a beautiful spring wedding with lots of woodsy and romantic details. I loved how their cutting cake was complimented by a massive donut wall! The donuts were the talk of the night and all of the guests oooohhed and ahhhed about it when they walked in!
Adam and Emily revealed to us early in their planning that they were going to be having a very special dessert for their wedding… when we found out that they were hiring an ice cream cart, we were ecstatic! Xav and I are major ice cream enthusiasts and shooting Adam and Emily’s “first scoop” was absolutely amazing!
Logan and Kim had donut towers that matched their cutting cake!! I was all about the colors that tied together and the fun feel that the towers provided. Donuts are a massive hit with guests because they can just walk up and grab one and then continue to eat dessert while they dance!
Ryan and Taylor also love ice cream and they shared their first ice cream sundae as a couple using personalized Mr and Mrs spoons! Taylor was giggling because Ryan was attacking the bowl of their favorite flavors with a fierce intensity. I loved that they chose to embrace who they are and what they love!
