Little sparkle eyes is six months old! I loved this phase of babyhood with Felix and I am once again enthralled by the half year mark. The personality, the joy, the desire to try new things, the ability to sleep a little longer… it is all just so sweet and magical! We are all obsessed with her laugh and her scrunchy nose smile and Dottie loves all of our attention. She is still a party baby and a big fan of not missing out on the evening festivities but her bedtime is steadily getting earlier and her sleep is slowly getting better overall. She attended a wedding with us and fell asleep on me on the dance floor which was absolutely precious. It is always amazing to me how quickly things with babies can change; one day they sleep on you exclusively and the next day they just stop. My favorite part of this month has been how interactive Dorothy is especially with Felix. They play in the backseat of the car together and he shushes her when she gets upset. At the dinner table, they squeal and giggle at each other and Felix loves trying to hold her and feed her bottles. My heart is just storing up all of their sweet moments together.
