It starts with a note from you—sharing a bit about your family and the season you’re in. I’ll respond personally and help you decide what kind of session might be the best fit.

We make a plan
Once you’re ready, I’ll send over a booking proposal with all the details. When the contract is signed and the deposit is in, your session is officially reserved.

We dream it up
We’ll talk through timing, outfits, location, and what will help everyone feel comfortable—whether that’s staying cozy at home or heading somewhere outdoors and fun.

Your session day
This part is meant to feel relaxed and unhurried. Kids can be kids. There’s room for movement, connection, and real moments—no pressure to perform.

I carefully edit your images
After your session, I’ll thoughtfully edit your gallery with care and intention, preserving the emotion and details that make this season yours.

You’ll receive a beautiful online gallery filled with images that feel like home—ready to download, share, and return to again and again.

I hosted Christmas minis on November 29th and it was a full day of fun, laughter and snow falling down outside the warm studio windows!
I host these Lansing minis once a year in November and I typically host at least one other *pop up* mini session day in the spring. Stay tuned if you want to snag one of those once the weather gets warm. I'd love to work with your family for an in-home session this winter!
In home sessions take place right where you are. I come to you and handle the details so you can relax in the comfort of your own space. These sessions are especially lovely for families with newborns and small children, or for anyone who simply feels most at ease at home.

Mini sessions are short and sweet and perfect for little kids, Christmas cards, or just a few updated images for the walls. They make wonderful Mother's Day gifts and birthday presents. These sessions have limited spots and available dates.

Adventure sessions invite your family outdoors to play, explore, and breathe a little deeper. From wandering through the woods and splashing in lakes or streams to twirling in open fields as the sun sets, these sessions give kids the freedom to roam and be fully themselves.

extended family sessions
This option is best suited for extended families with two siblings or generations, including up to two individual family groups plus grandparents.
Your session includes travel, gentle outfit guidance, and a relaxed approach to capturing both the big group portraits and the in between moments. You will receive a full online gallery of thoughtfully edited images, typically including ten or more images per family along with group portraits, candid connections, and time spent together.
Grandparents are always welcome and always included.
legacy Session
$1200 | Full gallery included
This option is designed for larger extended families with multiple siblings or generations, including up to four individual family groups.
Your session includes travel, thoughtful outfit guidance, and plenty of time to capture the full story of your gathering. You will receive a complete online gallery of carefully edited images, typically including ten to fifteen images per family, along with full group portraits, smaller pairings, and an abundance of candid moments throughout.
As always, grandparents are warmly welcomed and never an additional cost.
Keepsake Session
$850 | Full gallery included
Heirloom Session
$1550 | Full gallery included
Designed for large, multigenerational gatherings, including up to ten individual families. These sessions are thoughtfully structured so that everyone has space to be seen, included, and cared for. Ample time is built in for connection, rest, and meaningful storytelling.
Your session includes travel, outfit guidance, and a full online gallery of carefully edited images. You can expect individual portraits of each grandchild, a mini session of family portraits for every family unit, full groupings, and plenty of candid moments — typically forty or more images.
Grandparents are always warmly welcomed and never an additional cost.
